QUESTIONS ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS

1. Who are the beneficiaries of the off shore entities, one from Grand Cayman and one of the many Nassau, Bahamas to whom ECTY gave 400,000 shares of stock that were registered in the SB2A?
2. Why did these entities loan $400,000 to Matt Brooks, an employee of Cityscape?
3. Is Cityscape using E-City stock to pay its bills?
4. Park Bench LLC. owns 650,000 shares of ECTY. Even though the filings say that Patricia Burgman is the contact, then why does our research tell us the registrant of this account is the CEO’s 22-year-old son Azim Jessa?
5. Why did ECTY fail to disclose the CEO’s relationship with Park Bench LLC. and the other major shareholder Empire Builders?
6. Who is Kirk Roberts? In the SB2A and the rest of the filings he is only listed as a selling shareholder. Yet, when we called him we were told that he works for E-City. Butterfly Software told us that Mr. Roberts was E-City’s in house investor relations? Why do you let these cryptic relationships exist?
