Yesterday, August 17, Stocklemon issued an email warning on Global Development and Environmental Resources (GDVE.pk).

In the email we stated that GDVE outstanding share count is 47 million. This number was provided directly by the company’s transfer agent, Interwest Transfer Co, and therefore we stick by that number. Stocklemon has received emails stating that the company only has 25 million shares outstanding. Who really cares? It is the opinion of Stocklemon that the company is a sham if it only had 1 million shares outstanding.

Over the past three months, shares of Sniffex (OTC: SNFX) have surged in trading volume and price on the pink sheet exchange. With a half baked story of a bomb detection product, Sniffex has attempted to catch momentum from the recent terrorist tragedies in London England. Yet when Stocklemon did a little sniffing around Sniffex, we smelled something of the worst odor . STOCK PROMOTION.
