As we approach the end of hurricane season, Stocklemon is pleased to note that the gulf region has not experienced even one hurricane and good weather is on the horizon.  The New Orleans Saints are 3-0 and work is progressing.

What is good news for the people of New Orleans might be bad news for the investors of Home Solutions of America.  Yet, beyond the mild hurricane season, Stocklemon believes that the current balance sheet and book of business carried by HSOA might be a “natural disaster” in its own right.

Neal Goldman of Goldman Capital Management is the largest shareholder of iMergent.  In a recent interview Goldman, in his detest for Sarbanes-Oxley stated, “I have never seen a fraud discovered in advance”.
